Paint Kirkland is a brand-new pottery and wood painting studio opening in early 2026 in downtown Kirkland! We’re building a fun, creative, welcoming space for families, friends, and the community. We’re looking for enthusiastic Art Studio Coordinators – both entry-level and more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:
Guest Experience: Warmly welcome and guide guests through the painting and project creation process, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience.
Art Production: Learn and master the process of glazing, firing pottery, and finishing wood pieces – we will teach you!
Studio Operations: Ensure the smooth, efficient flow of the studio, managing incoming art projects, coordinating guest reservations, and maintaining an organized, inspiring environment.
Community Engagement: Support and participate in studio events, parties, and local art activities.

Job Details & Requirements:
Compensation: Pay range is $18 - $25 per hour, plus tips. Final compensation depends on experience and specific role fit.
Availability: We are hiring both part-time and full-time roles. We offer flexible scheduling options. Availability for at least some weekends is strongly preferred.
Physical: Must be able to perform light physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and safely lifting up to 25-30 lbs (necessary for moving pottery/supplies).
General: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior art studio experience? No problem! We’ll train the right person who shares our passion for creativity, community, and delivering world-class experiences.
