Find us inside the Wine Garden at Kirkland Uncorked! Choose from a curated selection of our favorite pottery and wood projects to paint while enjoying one of Kirkland's premier summer events. Pottery projects will be safely transported back to Paint Kirkland for firing and will be available for pickup later.

Engraved Ceramic Dinner Plate Workshop

Create a beautiful ceramic dinner plate featuring one of Paint Kirkland’s exclusive fruit-and-floral designs. No drawing or pottery-painting experience is necessary! Before you arrive, we custom-prepare your plate using wax resist, engrave your chosen design, add a dark detail wash, and kiln-fire it. You simply arrive, relax, and personalize the pre-outlined design with your favorite colors.
Design Choices: Figs & Dogwood, Pomegranate & Blossoms, Pear & Anemone, or Orange & Magnolia.
What is Included: One ceramic dinner plate, exclusive design prep/engraving, all pottery paints, guided instruction, and final clear-glaze kiln firing.
Pickup: Finished pottery will be ready for pickup approximately 7–10 days after the workshop.

Register for the Class (space is limited)
Get your hands into clay and create a one-of-a-kind trinket tray from scratch! In this beginner-friendly workshop, we will teach you the pinch-pot method to shape your tray, and you can personalize it using our collection of silicone molds and texture tools.
The Process: You will form your clay tray during the class. It will remain at the studio to dry slowly and receive its first bisque firing.
Return Visit Included: In approximately 10–14 days, we will email you to return during regular studio hours to paint your tray. our painting visit and supplies are already included in the class price!
What is Included: Pre-portioned clay, tools/molds, step-by-step instruction, slow drying, bisque firing, a return painting visit, clear glazing, and final kiln firing.
